Many documents can be e-filed these days, but if you need personalized service because of sensitive or problematic issues, then we can cover it. We call you from the court before we leave to ensure that the filing is done to your satisfaction. We specialize in rush jobs.

We have served papers in every city in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area – from as far North as Ukiah, as far South as Salinas and as far East as Sacramento and beyond. Included in the price for service of process is a proof of service once the job is completed. Our goal is to complete your service quickly so that your workflow is as efficient as possible.

At Urgent Express we have been researching court files for over 25 years. We are able to find documents as quickly and as efficiently as each court allows. We understand that when you order copies, you often need them as fast as humanly possible and that is our goal. We will either get them for you the same day we get your order (if the job is small enough according to each court’s regulations) or give you an accurate timeline as to when you can expect them.
